Overview
During their time at Castle EAST all pupils will be supported to explore plans that they might have for their futures. This will be delivered specifically in PSHE lessons for KS2 and KS3 and then in bespoke careers lessons in KS4. At the same time careers will be discussed, when it is relevant, in all subjects so that pupils will learn how knowledge and skills developed in that subject helps people to gain entry to and be more effective workers within different careers.
